Frequently Asked Questions
If you are interested in renting one of our properties, you will need to fill in a rental application. You can request an application in person or by email. Please make sure to fill in all the required information. We will process your application and get back to you in the 48 hours following receipt.
Sometimes things do break, but please rest assured that your maintenance requests will be answered promptly. You can choose to let us know that something needs to be repaired by calling us, emailing us, or by clicking *submit a maintenance request* via our resident portal.
Rent can be paid by cheque, e-transfer or electronically via our resident portal. If you choose to make your payments by cheques, they must be postdated and mailed in advance.
Before moving in, a payment for the first and last month's rent will be required. In some of our buildings, a key and fob refundable deposit will also be needed.
Once you become a resident of one of our properties, you will receive a link to sign up and access the resident portal.
